Every January people all over the world make a resolution tolose weight. By February most have forgotten the resolutionsthey made on New Years Day. In order to make any changes, suchas weight loss, the change must be incremental and weaved intoour every day lives. We can reduce the calories in
our diet, wecan cut out sweets. But to drop that weight immediately and tonethe body we must exercise. Most people struggle with fittingexercise into their routine however they can jumpstart anyweight loss change by taking an active vacation. An activevacation allows one to establish an exercise routine outside ofa stressful everyday schedule. They vacation can be structuredaround bicycling, hiking, ice skating, kayaking, sailing,skiing, walking etc. Imagine the warm breeze of Miami South Beach blowing on you bodyas you ride your bicycle down the beach. A five mile ride everyday will create the beginning of toned and tanned body. Orhiking through the rainforest of Costa Rica. The humidity of therainforest will perk any skin type. Hiking up and down the steephills of the rainforest will flatten any abdomen. Plus theconstant humidity will flush the impurities out of the bodycreating healthy balance. Or skiing down the steep mountains of the Rockies only to landin the ritzy ski resorts of Beaver Creek, Lake Tahoe or JacksonHole.
